Tuscon trip

Well lets start off saying that I have never been to Tuscon until this weekend! Lame, I know. But Jacob's parents invited us for a weekend of fun, so we went! We left Thursday night, and since it was only 2 hours away, we got there at a reasonable time. We stayed in the Westward Look Resort, which was quite amazing may I say. His parents got there kind of late, so Friday was the start of everything. Friday morning we got up and around 10:30 we went swimming. Sam LOVED it. We ended up staying in the pool until about 1, which resulted in some great sunburns. Haha. And then we went to Funtasticks. We did some bumper boats, bumper cars (which is not really bumper cars because you are not allowed to bump, so its just racing) and laser tag! And then we did 18 holes of goofy golfing! It was so fun! Friday we went to Reed Park, and for those of you that don't know, that is the zoo. They had a polar bear, which was cool. Sam really liked the ducks and the monkeys and the elephants. Then we went to the Mall and then headed home. But it was a great family trip, much needed. Hopefully I will get pictures soon (my camera wasn't working, so my father in law and mother in law took all the pictures. So once I get them, I will certainly post!
